SV40 Promoter Region Confirmed via Megahit Assembly
Second Vial of McKernan's Moderna sample assembled 100% via Megahit.
I have verified (blasted) the published Megahit assemblies by McKernan et al. (@Kevin_McKernan ) against the SV40 promoter sequence (317bp). Here's respectively the longest matching contig:
Pfizer 1: Identities = 245/245 (100%), Gaps = 0/245 (0%); 77.3% match
Pfizer 2: Identities = 245/245 (100%), Gaps = 0/245 (0%); 77.3% match
Moderna 1: Identities = Identities = 67/67 (100%), Gaps = 0/67 (0%); 21.1% match
Moderna 2: Identities = 317/317 (100%), Gaps = 0/317 (0%); 100% match
While Megahit was not able to assemble the entire SV40 sequence with the Pfizer 1&2 and Moderna 1 samples, it found a 100% match against the Moderna 2 sample!
My conclusion, while I could not verify the original SARS-CoV-2 sequence without any doubt - in this case I agree with McKernan et al., and the SV40 promoter appears to be present in the COVID-19 vaccines.
So what does this mean?
Well, it means if the SV40 sequence was found in the Vials, it could likely only get into the vaccine, if the DNA was not properly removed.
However, as I’ve expressed my concern before, I think this will likely just be ignored by BigPharma or at best corrected - I highly doubt they’ll let go of their biggest moneymaker in history mRNA.
Addendum: Pfizer 1 & 2 are also 100% match to the SV40 promoter. The above percentage was an artifact of Megahit, which collapsed the identical 72bp region. For more info see:

Now the only question remains, why Moderna, which did not originally use SV40 (but AmpR instead (Source: McKernan)), did come up with a match:

The mRNA Covid vaccines were only the biggest moneymaker in the history of pharmaceuticals, because governments made them so and agreed to pricing and volume purchases that were over the top, especially considering the slovenly manufacturing of them.
The government gives, and the government take us away. The government chooses the winners and losers, and how much they will win or lose. But who gets the kick backs? Who gets a percentage as the deal maker?
